If a site is selling a product or service the user must know how to purchase it or the site has failed its purpose. Calls to action are an integral part of a business website and must be displayed and used appropriately for the site to maximise turnover and convert customers. We always ensure the most relevant calls to action are displayed in the right circumstances and are easily visible.

Likewise, calls to action such as "contact us" or "send to a friend/colleague" should be clear and easy to find, without being obtrusive and annoying.

Users of your website should be able to find their way around without having to think.
